Making The Difference in our local community in 2024

Over the last twelve months we’ve increased our volunteering, donations and support to local charities and organisations that provide shelter and housing services to those most in need. Along with adding 3 new properties to our Rent to Home portfolio, helping first time buyers get onto the property ladder.

Take a look at our video highlighting how we've helped and supported our local community this year.

How the property will transform

We're adding two single storey extensions to increase the size and make it suitable for those with accessibility needs, such as step free access to the property and a downstairs wash room.

We'll also reconfigure the upstairs to make better use of the space. The house will also receive extensive TLC and decorating to make this house a modern and contemporary family home.
